I had the honor of being the newborn photographer for this beautiful Minneapolis family for their second child, so when baby number 3 came along, I again got to spend a couple hours with them and baby number 3! We did a fun newborn photography session in their new home just south of Minneapolis. Thank you Gavin family for sharing your new addition.

Meet little Tate, the newest addition to the Holwell family. We had such a beautiful day and such a fun time photographing this little man. He was only a few days old and the joy and wonder of being around such a new life never ceases to amazing me. He also has a fun older brother who I have had the joy and pleasure of working with in the past. What a wonderful new family you have Little Tate. Meet little William! He currently lives in Geneva Switzertland, but on a recent visit to Minneapolis stopped over to have his portraits taken. What a joy to meet him and visit with his amazing mom! It was like having coffee with a girlfriend (she is a blast) AND getting to meet one of the cutest little guys around (I bet those switzerland toddler girls have thier eye on him..) Thank you so much to Vogt family for allowing me to capture these fun images of little William at the downtown studio of Lisa Slotsve Photography. Can’t wait to share the rest of them soon!

Meet the M. family! I had such a wonderful session with this fun family. They won the session from a charity that is very close to my heart the Shawn Silvera Run.

It turns out, we also are in a moms club together and she has become a friend. What a small world! Their little daughter E. is such a doll, and the proud owner of a new bike. Can’t wait to see it E. Thank you so much for the fun session!

This summer is shaping up to be one of the busiest on the books. I have currently booked through August and am now taking September sessions, yes, that means the summer is completely booked. I am looking forward to all the upcoming sessions. I am still busy photographing this years seniors though. Even though many have already graduated, they still want to document that wonderful time in their life. Here is a recent 2009 Grad. Congrats!
