Meet the M. family! I had such a wonderful session with this fun family. They won the session from a charity that is very close to my heart the Shawn Silvera Run.
It turns out, we also are in a moms club together and she has become a friend. What a small world! Their little daughter E. is such a doll, and the proud owner of a new bike. Can’t wait to see it E. Thank you so much for the fun session!
This summer is shaping up to be one of the busiest on the books. I have currently booked through August and am now taking September sessions, yes, that means the summer is completely booked. I am looking forward to all the upcoming sessions. I am still busy photographing this years seniors though. Even though many have already graduated, they still want to document that wonderful time in their life. Here is a recent 2009 Grad. Congrats!

What amazing kids! Spring is one of the hardest times to schedule photography photosessions in Minnesota. One days is 50 and sunny and the next day is a blizzard, so we ended up rescheduling this session a couple of times and finally we had a day when it worked. The kids were so wonderful to work with (even though it was very cold out..we actually got a blizzard later this evening.) I loved everything about them. Especially how cute they played together
Aren’t these pictures below sweet? Everytime I see my son and daughter hug or whisper to each other it makes my heart sing, and the couple of times I catch it on film…well, I am even happier I have that moment.. It’s a moment between them both. As if they are saying…”Tell me your secret and I’ll tell you mine…”

I have had the pleasure of photographing this family for a few years now and it just gets better and better. When little A. came running up to me at this session, I felt like I WAS part of the family. She even brought her camera to join in the fun. How cute is that!
I am thankful for so many things. A wonderful family, beautiful healthy children, my health, friends, a roof over my head, a thriving photography business..I could go on and on. I am sure most of you reading this feel the same way. I wanted to take this chance to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving. To remind us all to be thankful for the big, and little things in our lives.
