Koen | Children’s Photographer Minnesota

This was SUCH a fun session, I particularly liked the irony of the adorable shot of little sweet Koen under the “terrible monsters” pictures. He was quite the opposite, a little angel.  Howell family, thank you for the opportunity to photograph your precious little cutie. Enjoy the sneak peek!blog13blog21

One word challenge… (Minneapolis Family Photographer)

So I tend to be wordy.. both online and in real life (those of you that know me well are laughing right now). So, for my upcoming session posts and sneak peeks I am challenging myself to a one word post for all these amazing clients. I am going to start off slow. I am will try it for a week.  So..if you are wondering this week why all the upcoming cuties you see have just one word – it is my challenge (you know who you are that challenged me, and well, you also know I am always up for a little competition). So..here we go.

Shelby 2010 Senior Model/Rep | Minnesota High School Senior Portraits

Meet Shelby, one of the recent Senior Reps that I have had the privilege to photograph. She is so vibrate and motivated and I just being around her is like an energy source.  Thanks for the fun session Shelby!  blogshelbyimg_8849-1blogshelbyimg_8779

Seriously….beautiful | Unique Senior Photography in the Twin Cities

Meet Carly…she is, as my title says..seriously beautiful! Both inside and out!  As you are going to see from the vast variety of high school senior pictures in downtown Minneapolis of Carly, we had an amazing time.

She was a natural behind the camera. Her mom had even brought a picture from when Carly had her baby portraits taken and we replicated it for her as an adult. I thought that was a fantastic idea! I can not wait for them to see their unique high school senior portraits! Thank you so much for the fun morning!

Fresh.Fun.Beautiful.

I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph another fresh newborn this past week. Meet beautiful little N.  I have said it before, but newborn photography is such an amazing, wonderful art. This little beauty will grow up so quickly within that first couple of years to become a wonderful, articulate child like her older brother O.

I am so excited to come back in a few months and see how much little, beautiful N. has grown. She certainly was a blessing and very welcomed addition to this wonderful family. Thank you L. family for sharing your little bundle of joy with me and letting me capture forever, the first few days of her amazing life!

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas

I had the pleasure of doing mini photo sessions a couple of weeks ago at an amazing children’s boutique in Maple Grove. If you are familiar with hey diddle diddle you know how great the store is. It was 2 fun filled days of photographing babies, children and even a couple of teens for their Christmas and holiday cards. Below is a sampling of some of the images. I wish I could have put everyone on her, I just loved how the sessions turned out. Hoping to see you again soon!

Little Leo

Say hello to little Leo and his family. This photo shoot was on one of those very hot days, you know, where it is almost 90 degrees by 8 am, Yet little Leo and his family were amazing. I could have photographed him all day..and I told his parents that. He is such a little charmer, I fell for him immediately. Above is one of my favorite shots from the session where he is peeking out while his parents are looking at him. What a gorgeous little guy. I can see why his is so sweet, cute and likable, his parents were equally as much fun to photograph. Thanks for the fun morning!
