This beautiful family traveled up from SD to have their family pictures taken. I was sooooo excited for this session for a few reasons, but mainly because I grew up with them. We went to the same high school in small town Williston ND. It is a blast to catch up, see how people have changed, learn about their families and life etc.

They are the same amazing, brilliant people I remember (and for some reason they haven’t aged – I need to find out their secret).

Another precious newborn, there has been quite a run on them in Minneapolis this year it seems. Meet little Mallory, she is especially beautiful and very close to my heart because she is the newest addition to the Habstritt family. Their gorgeous mommy, Annalee, is one of my closets and longest friends for the time I have been in Minneapolis. She is beautiful both inside and out, and her newest addition is very very lucky to have Annalee and Brett as her parents, and even more lucky to have a big sister like Meredith! What a joy! Thank you so much to the Habstritts, and CONGRATULATIONS!!

Welcome to the world little Grace! You are as beautiful as your big sister! The Ebertz family is one of the most amazing families I have ever met. They are kind, brilliant and have such an amazing presence. I enjoy every time I get to visit with their beautiful mommy, and look forward to seeing them again soon. Meet little William! He currently lives in Geneva Switzertland, but on a recent visit to Minneapolis stopped over to have his portraits taken. What a joy to meet him and visit with his amazing mom! It was like having coffee with a girlfriend (she is a blast) AND getting to meet one of the cutest little guys around (I bet those switzerland toddler girls have thier eye on him..) Thank you so much to Vogt family for allowing me to capture these fun images of little William at the downtown studio of Lisa Slotsve Photography. Can’t wait to share the rest of them soon!
