Some seniors come to you with an unbelievable natural ability to be behind a camera. It is not that easy to stand infront of a large lens and act natural…but it sure didn’t phase this beauty. Meet Mariah. She will be gradatuating this year and off to bigger things in Colorado. We had a great session (make that sessions! ) It included, chairs, forests, roads and even a little Chihuahua puppy. I can’t wait for you to see the rest!

Well, let me answer for you.   Model (no but he could be don’t you agree!) Pro Hockey Player (not yet, but likely soon!) Senior (yup, for now!)  Meet Tyler!  This is one of the most well rounded individuals I have met yet.

He is smart, humble, talented (note the medals and ring), thoughtful and has THE.GREATEST.SMILE.EVER!

 I think Tyler was your typical boy..not super excited to do his senior pictures, but I promised him it would be fun, and by the end, he agreed it was!  (right Tyler!)  Thank you for the wonderful time!  I hope you enjoy the sneak peek and the rest of the gallery is on it’s way.  

I love doing shared senior photo sessions.  Not only does it save each senior money (they get to split the session fee), they also have fun dressing up, sharing clothes and occasionally doing some shots together.  Below are two AMAZINGLY GORGEOUS senior girls.  You have seen Amanda before and now for Kelsey.  Look at how beautiful she is.

I love photographing Seniors because it is such a year of excitment. Kelsey is my favorite type of girl.. smart, talented, beautiful.. Both of these girls are hockey players…and very very good players.  Thanks for the fun session, it probably wouldn’t have ended..but it got dark out.

Emily was one of my Spring Lake Park Senior reps and so now she is back for her actual senior portraits. Doesn’t she look amazing. Above is one of my favorite images of the year..It is so fun to see how much someone can change in just a summer. Thank you for the great session, I can’t wait for you to see the rest!

Spring Lake Park Senior Pictures

That about says it all. Look at those eyes! This high school senior photo session in downtown Minneapolis was literally the calm after the storm. It had been raining and muggy and we came very close to rescheduling, I am sooooo glad we didn’t.  You know that beautiful calm, right after a storm…. well here it is topped off with a beautiful, intelligent, athletic, articulate senior..what could be better??! Thank you Amanda, I cant wait for you to see the rest of your gallery.

I photographed little L. about a year ago at one of my children’s clothing boutique mini photography sessions. He has grown so much. What an honor to be 

asked to photograph him again. This session was a combination family photography session and a session for little L.  This little guy stole my heart…just look at him, he’ll steal yours too!  Thank you L. Family.

I had the honor of photographing one of Minnesota’s best child t.v and movie stars. You may recognize Jackson Bond from his leading role with Nicole Kidman in The Invasion. You can read more about the many roles Jackson has had a staring role in here in his IMD profile.

The thing out this young man is, he is talented, hilarious (you should spend an hour with him), humble and wonderful. His family has done such a wonderful job raising him and he is just another hockey playing kid from Minnesota (who happens to star on t.v. and movies!)

You have to agree with me, this face just makes you smile.

 I do not know if I have ever met anybody with more personality wrapped into a tiny little package. Little C is BIG on laughter, love and PERSONALITY. (I think the dictionary has her name spunk when you look it up). These were for some updated head shots also, because, much like the post below, Ciara does some acting, dancing, commercials and has been on t.v.  You have probably even seen her if you saw last years “In Case of Emergency” on prime time (hint, you might recognize someone else on the blog who starred in it too).

Talk about talent wrapped into one ray of sunshine. I adore C.  Thank you so much for spending the evening with my at your photo session!

These are just a few of the hundreds of things I could say about L.  She is incredibly adorable, unbelievable talented (an award wining dancer, and yes…she is also a model, actress etc). She also happens to be related to 2 other people I have blogged about. Can you guess who? Lexi comes alive behind the camera. I dont think she knows how amazing she is.  Thank you so much for the wonderful, amazing modeling photo session. It was so much fun to have you at the photography studio downtown Minneapolis…Wait until you see the rest! You did INCREDIBLE and you are beautiful!

If I could show you EVERY PICTURE from this session I would. I loved them all that much. Meet Beautiful Alex.  WOW…need I say more. She had so much personality, talent and enthusiasm that I didn’t want the session to end.  We had a studio and on location high school senior session in downtown Minneapolis, and boy did we explore.  We found some wonderful architecture, but it wasn’t as beautiful as this senior!  As you can see from the variety of photos below, we had an amazing session, and I am so excited to present her with her AMAZING SENIOR PICTURES. Enjoy !!
